Oracle Data Integrator - Version 11.1.1.7.0 to 11.1.1.9.99 [Release 11gR1]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g OdiInvokeWebService is used for executing a Fusion Business Intelligence Publisher (BIPublisher) WebService, based on the following URL:
https://<DOMAINNAME>/xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSService?wsdl
The execution succeeds without errors, and a Response File is created.
However:
- When a J2EE Agent is used for executing the command, the Response File is empty.
- When a Standalone Agent or Local (No Agent) is used instead, the Response File gets created with content, and this is the expected, desired behavior.
What causes the Response File to have no content when a J2EE Agent is being used for executing the OdiInvokeWebService?
