How to use DMS Metrics to Determine if User Load is Equally Balanced Across all OAM Managed Server Nodes

When an OAM agent/webgate has multiple primary access servers defined the desired/expected behavior is that requests are load balanced between all of the OAM managed servers. However, it is often difficult to determine if this is working properly just by looking a the OAM diagnostic logs. The below information shows how to use the DMS Spy utility to confirm that each managed server is taking an equal part of the load.
