Symptoms

On : 12.2.2.0 version, ART BATCH Workbench while converting a file from EBCDIC to ASCII it fails, the issue is observed in COBOL-IT version 3.10.39 or above, until version 3.10.37 there is no problem. The following error occurs.

 Upgraded COBOL-IT version from 3.10.37 to 3.10.39
