Symptoms

When attempting to refresh Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) lineage with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1, the lineage tool wizard fails and the following error message is in the lineage log:

The message states that there is a constraint issue, but there is no additional information about which records are colliding.
