Symptoms

Oracle Access Manger 11g (OAM 11.1.2.3.x) Federated Service: Error Exporting SAML Metadata "The File Was Not Downloaded Or Was Not Downloaded Correctly."

 



Changes

 Everything was working fine until the TLS certificates was renewed in OAM and managed server was restarted
