Messages Are Not Being Processed From Queue/Topic in a SOA environment (Doc ID 2417059.1)

Symptoms

Messages are not being processed from Queue/Topic in a SOA environment with following exceptions

Exception occured while receiving a message from <jms_module_name>!<jms_server_name>@<queue_or_topic_jndi> because destination <jms_module_name>!<jms_server_name>@<queue_or_topic_jndi> is shutdown.

The managed server to which <jms_server_name> is targeted to shows following

<BEA-040324> <JMSServer "<jms_server_name>" is suspending.>
...
<BEA-040321> <JMSServer "<jms_server_name>" is resuming.>

Changes

 Upgrade SOA environment to 12.2.1.3
