Proxy Service Unable to Consume Message when JMS is not Handling the Disconnection of Managed Servers (Doc ID 2417368.1)

Symptoms

MQ is configured as foreign server and then there is a custom MDB which receives the message and adds UOO and put it into a Queue.

OSB proxy service consumes the message from that queue and based on the order details, publishes to local queues (Queues on the same machine)

The issue that is happening now is while publishing these messages to a queue when managed servers are getting disconnected for a few seconds and connects back.

As it is failing, it is sending those message back to the receive queue and it is getting piled up.
