On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, WLS-WebServices

While running applications, an excessive amount of invocations of javax.management.NotificationBroadcasterSupport$1 has a performance impact. On Flight recording we can confirm this with below tracing (by looking at hot methods):

Method should not be executed 80-150 on a single execution of a Web Service request.

The issue can be reproduced at will by executing application.

Due to this issue, performance is impacted if the number of request increases.
