JDeveloper Support For 32-bit Windows OS? (Doc ID 2417588.1)

In a Windows 7 32-bit OS VMs for our development environment, when trying to install the latest JDeveloper, an error is received citing "Cannot launch the installer. error 555."

The files used to do the install are:
jdev_suite_122130_win64.exe and

The system requirements (specifically for JDeveloper) found in the Fusion Middleware System Requirements and Specifications documentation seems to indicate JDeveloper 32 bit is supported, as it is included in the memory requirements as one of the options.

Is JDeveloper expected to work in a 32-bit Operating System?
