Question 1: How can OID/DIP 10g Synchronization profile mapping rules to be transferred to 11g OID/DIP?

Question 2: Is there any Difference in the Attributes between 10g and 11g, If Not, is it possible to Copy Mapping file to 11g / 12c and then Map the same to the Profile using manageSyncprofile update option.
