On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Human Resources (HCM)

Extracted files to WW/UCM is stuck in Done Status.

Attempt, on multiple interfaces built via HCM, to extract file/s delivered to WCC/UCM, stuck in 'Done' status; cannot be searched and released.
Status of the extract run is successful; report job of the delivery is completed.
Attempt to search via WCC for files is unsuccessful.
Work In Progress (WIP) displays Content in 'Done' status.
