Using OAM 126.96.36.199 and Webgate 188.8.131.52:
After applying the 184.108.40.206.180417 (BP10) Webgate (patch:27393427), it breake the site completely and the environment is down and getting the error below:
Then after applied the OAM latest Bundle patch, the site worked fine but after creating new use and redirect to the security questions page, the page is not displayed properly and the questions don't appear.
