Symptoms

NextGen - DbAdapter is not reading the correct Timezone while reading from the Oracle Db Table

We have a Source Database in Eastern timezone. Target database in Central timezone.
When we poll from the Source database it is reading the date time present in the table as Central time but it is actually in Eastern time and it is inserting in the target table as Future date.

For example:. Current Eastern time in the Source DB is 6.00 PM. DbAdapter is reading it as 6.00 PM Central time and inserting into the DbTable as 6.00 PM. Where Target Db current time is 5.00 PM Central. Ideally it should insert 5.00 PM Central and not 6.00 PM Central.

Our SOA Server is also in Central time
