Symptoms

WLS Admin Console login fails with error when /console is access via Loadbalancer(LBR)

Topology:
Browser <HTTPS> LBR <HTTP/HTTPS> WLS
Browser <HTTPS> LBR <HTTP/HTTPS> OHS/mod_wl_ohs <HTTP/HTTPS> WLS

Issue reproduces with or without OHS/mod_wl_ohs
