DB Adapter Is Not Getting Created (Doc ID 2419441.1)

Symptoms

When trying to deploy a DB Adapter Connection Factory and MQSeriesAdapter using a single deployment plan.
After updating DBAdapter, just before pressing the "Activate changes" button in the admin console, this Connection Factory vanishes.

It was noticed that while the DbAdapter is updated, the changes are getting reflected in MQSeriesAdapter. Both adapters are
using same plan.xml.
