Problem
After upgrading SQL Developer from 4.2 to 18.2, receive the following error when trying to set up a database connection:

Status : Failure - Test Failed: no ocijdbc12 in java.library.path

Changes

Upgrade SQL Developer from 4.2 to 18.2.
