ODI 12c "startcmd" Script Missing from Agent Domain after Installation (Doc ID 2420211.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to execute the "startcmd.sh/cmd" in a new Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c environment, the startcmd script is not found, and therefore unable to execute.

It is expected that the script would be located in the following directory: <ODI_HOME>/user_projects/domains/[DOMAIN_NAME]/bin
