OVD 11g 11.1.1.9 Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) Not Displaying Adapters After Applying January 2018 CPU / Security Patches / OID Bundle Patch. Selecting Advanced or Other Tabs Shows Popup with Just (x) Error (Doc ID 2420736.1)

Applied January 2018 CPU / Security Patch 26850241 (Oracle Internet Directory/OID BUNDLE PATCH 11.1.1.9.171127) and Patch 27301611 (Oracle HTTP MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF 11.1.1.9.0 FOR BUGS 26367394 19571821 23107407 24567879).

Since then, Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) for Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), previously configured for TLS v1.1/2, no longer shows Adapters and just shows "No results found" message on left hand side.

Also selecting Advanced tab or other tabs in ODSM shows a popup window with just:

Reapplying the original OVD TLS Patch 23590600 (which rolls back the January 2018 Patch 26850241: OID BUNDLE PATCH 11.1.1.9.171127) resolves the problem.
