Symptoms
- Oracle Access Manger (OAM) 12.2.1.3.x
- Whenever HeartBeat URL is accessed in OAM12c (example: http://<WLS_MANAGED_SERVER_OAM_FQDN:WLS_MANAGED_SERVER_PORT>/oam/server/HeartBeat), fails HTTP-404
- In oam_server1-diagnostic.log
