Symptoms
Using OPAM 11.1.2.3.0 and java version "1.7.0_131":
After installing OPAM, there is no problem in accessing the OPAM Console on the non-SSL port 18101 and perform all the regular OPAM tasks/operations, like onboarding targets, accounts, creating policies, check-out and check-in accounts.
But when running the command below it fails with Provided URL is not a valid OPAM Server URL error
./opam.sh -url https://hostname:port/opam -u opamadmin -p -x getserverstatus
