WebCenter Content (WCC) with Patch 27638318, DATABASE.FULLTEXT as the Search Indexer Engin

After applying patch dynamic queries are not working:

<in> clause not working (or) Zone fields Configuration values on search not working

For example, `117`<in>  xComments

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Apply Patch 27638318 in WCC
2) Navigate to Administration --> Zone fields Configuration
3) Set some text filed(xComment) to 'Zone text fields'
4) Search metadata with 'Has Word' ( during search)

Search throws error:
