OIM Managed Beans and Task Flows Libraries Not Found In Middleware 12c (Doc ID 2421890.1)

Symptoms

In OIG 12c, when setting up a View Controller project to create new Managed Beans or Task Flows and following the Fusion Middleware Developing and Customizing Applications for Oracle Identity Governance guide the jar files referenced in the following $OIM_HOME/server/jdev.lib files are missing:

- OIM Client Library
- OIM Model Shared Library
- OIM View Shared Library

The references inside these files are a relative path to the "IDM_HOME/server/jdev.lib" directory.
