Load balancing issue encountered in Oracle B2B for clustered environment

We faced a problem with routing of traffic to Oracle B2B. Description as below.

We have an oracle middle ware clustered environment with OSB, SOA and B2B managers servers running across 2 sites (Dublin and Belfast). At any given point of time, we have only one site active. i.e. the load balancers are configured to route traffic to only one site at a time even though all servers across both sites are up an running (i.e. we have all the servers across both sites up and running but at one time we would have one site as active and the other site as non-active).
Hence we expect that the traffic flows from OSB server to SOA/BPEL server to B2B server of only the active site at a time.
However what we observed was that , the traffic was flowing from the active site for OSB and SOA/BPEL servers but for the B2B servers, the messages would intermittently flow from the non active site as well.

Now to solve this problem we have identified that we have to disable "Server Affinity" property for the B2B event queue connection factory as specific in the Oracle documentation below. (screenshot attached as well)

Will you be able to confirm if the solution we have identified is the correct one and also highlight if there is any other configuration which we need to apply for Oracle B2B HA cluster setup?
