Goal

On WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.3.180417

Enhance Elasticsearch to not drop current index till after full crawl completed.

Currently in WebCenter Portal's integration with Elasticsearch, when you trigger a Full Crawl, the current index is dropped and as a result the search will be affected. This should be fixed by creating a new index when a full crawl is initiated and after completion of the new index, we should remove the existing index from the alias and add the newly created index to the alias.
