Coherence .NET Client Messages Are Falling Behind The Threshold After Migration From 3.7.1.x to 12.2.1.2.x (Doc ID 2423507.1)

Symptoms

The customer reported that the front cache is local cache and the data stored in the local cache is expiring and every time the request comes from the client, the data is pulled from backend cache which is causing the latency. This issue is seen if the client is running on COH 12.2.1.2.1 Customer reverted the Client coherence version to 3.7.1.11 and not seeing this issue.
