"exportFoldersGData" Command Fails With Exception "FG_FF_MI_PREMIG_FAILURE_MESSAGE" (Doc ID 2423599.1)

Symptoms

As a prerequisite to upgrading WebCenter Portal from 11g to 12c, Folders_g must be migrated to FrameworkFolders. One of the steps in the migration process is generate pre-migration Folders_g data by executing exportFoldersGData command.

Errors are reported when executing exportFoldersGData command.
