Upgrade Utility Not Listing MDS Schema By Selecting Domain Based Option (Doc ID 2424519.1)

Symptoms

When executing the upgrade assistant to upgrade the DB schemas, there are two options to select schemas to be upgraded: "All schemas used by the domain" and "Individually Selected Schemas". The option "All schemas used by the domain" does not detect the MDS in some environments.
