Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server
When changing the Administrator email to something like, “FirstName Lastname”, the Administrator Mail Address field may appear to be empty.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WCC
2. Update 'Administrator Mail Address' with double quotes
3. View 'Internet Configuration page'
