OES11g - Application Role Mappings To External Role And External User Disappear From APM using OUD (Doc ID 2425020.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.0 version, Admin application

Application Role mappings to External Role and External User disappear from APM

When add External Role Mappings and External User Mappings to an Application Role, it is saved to the policy, but disappears in the APM.

Procedure:

1.Create application in Apm

2.Create the id profile with external id store

3.Create the role catalog and select the external role mapping and select, the external role and select the external user mapping and select the user try to add

4. After adding that user missing

5.Go back and check the External Role Mapping and External User Mapping tabs and the mappings no longer appear.

6.It is possible export the policy and prove that the mappings were saved to the policy store, as below. They just don't appear in the GUI.
