ODI Reverse Engineering with Salesforce Tables Causes Multiple "[FMWGEN][SForce JDBC Driver]" Errors (Doc ID 2425138.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio 12.2.1.3.0, after the creation of a second data server to the same Salesforce instance and modifying the connection URL, the following errors may occur while testing the connection:

oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.InvocationException: oracle.odi.core.exception.OdiRuntimeException: java.sql.SQLException: [FMWGEN][SForce JDBC Driver][SForce]The configuration options used to open the database do not match the options used to create the database.

 java.sql.SQLException: [FMWGEN][SForce JDBC Driver][SForce]The value for connection option customsuffix is invalid.
