Symptoms

Webcenter Content 11.1.1.9.0 is not working with the Managed Attachments Scan button when calling the the older 10x version of Oracle Capture (e.g. ODDC (Oracle Distributed Document Capture))

When clicking on the 'Scan Document' button in Managed Attachments, getting below error.

The error:
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
