WWC-41400 When Logging in to DAS (Doc ID 242535.1)

Symptoms

Correct the cause of a WWC-41400 error when logging in to DAS service.

After a reconfigurartion logging in to DAS (/oiddas) fails with a WWC-41400
error. While logging in to the SSO server (/pls/orasso) continues to work for
other applications like Portal (/pls/portal).

SSO debugging, will show:
'exception: unknown: unbake_site2pstore_tokenORA-01403: no data found'
in the MSG column of the wwsso_log$ table has the error
