Goal
This KM doc goes over the issue of installing OUD Directory Server instance over standard LDAP ports with a non-root user on Linux.
Migrating from ODSEE to OUD and trying to install OUD directory server instance on a Linux server with a non-root user using standard ports 389/636.
Unable to install the instance on ports lower than 1024 as Linux does not allow access to non root users for these ports.
