SSL Handshake Errors and Certificates Missing from DemoTrust.jks After Applying WebLogic Server PSU Patch (Doc ID 2425750.1)

Symptoms

Applied Weblogic Server JAN 2018 PSU, and application users observed connectivity issue.  SOA servers were not able to communicate with SSL handshake Errors in the logs.

When troubleshooting the issue, it was found that custom SSL certificates previously configured were missing in DemoTrust.jks

This is found with all PSU releases since January, 2018.
