Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
In production mode, the Administration user interface is disabled for security reasons. All the APEX application deployment is done through the SQL command line.
There is a specific report layout file deployment that needs to be updated in the production APEX application.
The equivalent deployment in the administration user interface is done by:
1) Going into the 'Shared Component' -> 'Report Layout'.
2) Deleting the old layout file and then upload the fresh layout file.
3) The new layout file reference is then passed to the corresponding report query.
Can the above steps be achieved using SQL commands without redeploying the entire application.
