On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Library OVD

When attempting to open the Keystore using keytool command after using -createKeystore  option in libovdconfig.sh, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run libovdconfig.sh to create keystore.
2. Run keytool command to list keystore contents
3. Error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admin cannot continue with SSL Setup for Weblogic.

Changes

 libovdconfig.sh was run first time with a password containing a $ character.
