Symptoms
When running a PL/SQL procedure from ORDS, the request is taking much longer than the same application from OHS (with mod_plsql).
The issue occurs when ORDS is ran in standalone or if its deployed to a web server (WLS, Tomcat).
The application runs in the expected amount of time when the URL is ran using OHS with mod_plsql.
Changes
Moving from MOD_PLSQL to ORDS.
