Symptoms

When a newly configured JAgent starts, ggsci shows it's in RUNNING status. However the log shows:

[2018-06-14T11:12:07.408-04:00] [JAGENT] [ERROR] [OGGMON-20387] [com.goldengate.monitor.jagent.comm.ws.ManagerWSApi] [tid: getInstanceList] [ecid: 0000MFyqdBkBLAL5yRd9iW1R8cN2000002,0] Output for process FFUE is either NULL or Empty. Process FFUE will not be registered properly by JAgent. Solution Discovery will fail.
