OAM Authentication Failed with WebCenter Fusion Apps During Document Transfer Utility Operation (Doc ID 2428131.1)

On : 11.1.1.9 version, Fusion Application Integration

Oracle WebCenter Transfer Utility is not working.

Customer trying to download the Files from Content Server using Webcenter Document Transfer Utility. This utility is not downloading the file, and it is giving the exception as OAM11GWebAuthentication Handler.

URL with '_dav' and Error caused as,

Error - Http status: Unauthorized
