Symptoms

With OIM 12.2.1.3 installed, if you upgrade to any bundle patch then you may see the following error in your patch_oim_wls.log file:

[exec] SEVERE: attempt to configure ONS in FanManager failed with oracle.ons.NoServersAvailable: Subscription time out
