Point Geometries Not Displaying Result for 'Run Script' (F5) (Doc ID 2428292.1)

Symptoms

A query on a table with Point Geometries is not displaying result while running the query with "Run Script"(F5).  The same query is displaying data for "Run Statement"(Ctrl+Enter).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create the below table which uses sdo_geometry:
