You're unable to create a lookup from the System Administration Console in your clustered 126.96.36.199 environment.
While typing any characters in the name field for a new lookup, a popup error is seen with:
"IAM-0120030:A system error #1528299731519 has occurred. Please contact System Administrator."
The log file shows:
If you shut down all but one OIM managed servers, the issue resolves.
