Symptoms

 When attempting to log in through EUS when OUD Proxy is configured with Active Directory (AD) -

ORA-28274: No ORACLE password attribute corresponding to user nickname exists.

For example -

sqlplus

SQL*Plus: Release 12.1.0.2.0 Production on Mon Jul 30 02:44:55 2018

Copyright (c) 1982, 2014, Oracle.  All rights reserved.

Enter user-name: <TEST2>
Enter password:
ERROR:
ORA-28274: No ORACLE password attribute corresponding to user nickname exists.


Able to log in through EUS as other users in AD.
Some AD users have the same issue with the same error when attempting to log in through EUS, while other AD users do not have the issue.
