Symptoms

After creating proxy workflow from OUD to eDirectory the database login fails:

> conn TEST_EUS@DOMAIN
Password: ************
ERROR:
ORA-28274: No ORACLE password attribute corresponding to user nickname exists.

The Universal Password Policy is enabled in the eDirectory.
The specific user has the rights to retrieve the user password.

Patch 27752576 may be applied but EUS still not working.
