Symptoms
On 12.1.3 version, Batch execution engine when attempting to run cobcc, the following error occurs. The cobcc present in $TUXDIR/bin
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. $TUXDIR/tuxedo12.1.3.0.0/bin/cobcc
