Symptoms

Workbench 12.2.2.0 cataloger is cataloging thousands of programs instead of cataloging only the changed programs. Providing the cataloging log file "catalog-20180620-151708.log" where changing only one program but it is processing hundreds of file, and taking more than 10 hours to complete.
