Symptoms
With a new Publish Destination, upon trying to "Initialize Realtime Destination", the following error appears:
Error: Could not create mirrorqueue. Error number = -12011. Login failed, code=0, Unknown Reason
The following error can be seen in the sites.log:
[com.fatwire.logging.cs] MirrorQueue: Login failed, code=0, HTTP/1.1 403
