Mapviewer Performance Issue (Doc ID 2430217.1)

Symptoms

Mapviewer 12.2.1.3 map reports and OBIEE 12.2.1.4 are running slower then (30-40 mins) previous versions:

Obiee version is 11.1.1.7.141014

WebLogic Server Version: 10.3.5.0

MapViewer version: 11.1.1.7.0


Issue persists , even when access standalone mapviewer , server:port/mapviewer
but when Mapviewer restarted from Mapviewer Admin Panel , performance is accelerating.
