Goal

Currently our Oracle API Gateway 11.1.2.3.0 and Oracle Service Bus 11g servers are not 100% available so we are thinking to re-design our current architecture so that High availability of the servers can be achieved.

Although these servers are configured as a cluster we found that all nodes are going down at a same time because of any reason. Also for some of the use-cases we are not able to do the rolling restart of the nodes. So in any of the case we are facing multiple complete outages of these servers.

Can you please share the oracle recommended architecture of Oracle API Gateway and Oracle Service Bus for high availability i.e. 100% up time of the servers.

Also do you suggest any solution or design for resolving above issues?
