 After installing and configuring FMW 12.2.1.3 Forms and Reports, when running "sqlplus" from ORACLE_HOME/bin/ a pop-up error is displayed as below:

The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
